All products sold by Harlow Hair Extensions Inc. are for personal use only. Hair extensions must be installed and maintained properly to preserve their quality. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper application, maintenance, or styling.

3. Pricing & Availability

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time. All orders are subject to product availability.

4. Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. You will be refunded in full if your order is cancelled.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are accepted under strict conditions. Hair must be in original packaging, unused, uncut, and with the security tag and string fully intact. Please see our full Return & Refund Policy for more information.

6. Shipping

We currently ship within Canada only. All orders are shipped via Purolator Express. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is accurate. Please review our Shipping Policy for full details.

7. Payment

We accept secure online payments by credit card and e-transfer. All transactions are processed in Canadian Dollar (CAD).

8. Limitation of Liability

Harlow Hair Extensions Inc. is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products. Always follow proper installation and care instructions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including product descriptions, branding, logos, and photos is the intellectual property of Harlow Hair Extensions Inc. and may no be copied or used without permission.
