Refund policy

At Harlow Extensions, we want you to love your hair. If you need to return or exchange your order, we are happy to help, provided the product remains in its original condition within 5 days of delivery.

Eligible Returns & Exchanges

• The hair must remain in its original condition
• The bundle tied must remain intact and uncut
• The original packaging must be included
• The hair must not be worn, installed, washed, cut, coloured, toned, chemically treated, or altered in any way.
• No styling products or heat may have been used on the hair

Once the bundle ties have been removed or cut, the hair is considered used and is no longer eligible for a refund or exchange.

Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method onve the prduct has been received and inspected.

Original shipping charges are non refundable. 

Exchanges

Eligible products may be exchanged for a different colour or product of equal value, subject to availability.

Non-Eligible Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Custom orders
• colour rings
• Clearance items
• Promotional or discounted items

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the incorrect item was sent by Harlow Hair Extensions Inc.
