Refund policy
At Harlow Extensions, we want you to love your hair, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. We do accept returns and refunds under strict conditions to maintain the quality and hygiene of our products.
To be eligible for a return:
- The hair must be in its original condition - unworn, unwashed, uncut, and not chemically altered or coloured in any way.
- No product (such as oils, sprays, or heat) may have been used on the hair.
- Hair must be returned in the original packaging with the security string and hand tag fully attached and untampered.
- The return request must be made within 10 days of delivery.
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the total refund amount. This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and processing.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange your item, you're welcome to do so under the same conditions listed above. All shipping costs related to exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, including the cost of shipping the original product back to us and the cost of shipping the new product to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund (minus the restocking fee) will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable service. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages.
