Policies on Returns and Exchanges 

Because of the nature of hair extensions and for hygienic reasons, we only accept returns or exchanges under very specific conditions. 

If somethings not quite right, we'll always try our best to make it right, but to be eligible for a return or exchange, the hair must be:

  • Unworn and unaltered (not cut, coloured, or chemically processed)
  • Free of any product or styling residue
  • In it's original packaging
  • With Security tie and original tag fully attached

Customers have 5 days from the date of delivery to contact us to begin a return or exchange. All shipping costs (to return the item and ship the exchange) are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Final Sale Items

All sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. This includes any hair purchased are a discounted price during a promotion, markdown, or clearance.
